William has over 20 years of executive management experience within the construction industry. Prior to Black Diamond, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at a residential/commercial contractor where he grew the business to over $140 million and into multiple states. In addition, William was the Vice President of Operations for a national distributor where he helped grow from $1.3 to $3.3 billion during his tenure.
